BEACH PALACE RESORT INFO
The Beach Palace is an all inclusive resort where all your meals, snacks, beverages, including alcoholic beverages, and nightly entertainment is included in the price. It is important you book your reservation through our travel agent, Doris Mundy, so that you can benefit from the group discount. Doris' prices will be the same or better than what you can find on any web site, plus you do not have to pay in full until 50 days prior (around October 15th). If you would like to make payments along the way, you can. Because there are only 287 rooms in the resort and we could not get a room block (since people are coming in on different days and staying for different lengths of time), it is important you book your reservation as soon as possible so the rooms do not sell out. The pricing is always better if the travel agent can build your flights, airport transfers and hotel into a package. The deposit amount is determined by the cost of the flight. If you are unable to book the whole package right away, you can just book the hotel for now and that only requires a $50 per person nonrefundable deposit. That is better than the rates going up or the resort selling out before you are ready to commit to the whole package. She can always add your flight whenever you are ready. You may travel for as many days as you would like, stay in any room category you like, and you can add cancel-for-any-reason insurance.

Matty and I will be there Saturday, December 7th through Sunday, December 15th. The wedding is on Thursday, December 12th. See below for full list of optional wedding activities.
3. What airport you want to depart from (If you are booking your flight through Doris). You will be flying into Cancun International Airport (20 minutes from resort). She will also book your airport transfers when you book the hotel.
4. Do you want travel insurance?
Optional Cancel-For-Any-Reason Insurance is $90 per adult if you stay 3 or 4 nights and $120 if you stay 5 nights or longer. Children are 1/2 price. Everyone in the room must either accept or decline the insurance.

IMPORTANT! If you only pay the $50 per person non-refundable deposit, you are NOT locked in. The $50 per person deposit simply locks in the hotel rate listed below. If you decide later, you cannot come for any reason, you would just lose that $50 deposit per person. If you need to make ANY changes to the reservation (i.e. adding people to the room or changing the dates you stay, etc), you will not lose that $50 deposit but you will have to pay the current going rate of the hotel. In essence, you would lose this sale listed below.
TRIP COST
The exact price depends on how early you book, how many nights you stay for, and what airport you fly out of. Call Doris for exact pricing but just as a rough estimate, here are the resort and transfer costs. IF you find a cheaper rate on any other website (make sure that cost includes transfer to and from the airport), please send to Doris and she will match the rate you find.
If you are using airline frequent flyer miles (or credit card reward miles), you can book the flight on your own however please contact Doris to book your hotel and roundtrip transfers to and from airport.

***Children cost much cheaper than adults... around $55 per day per child ages 4-12 including airport transfers. If they are under 3, they stay free!

3 nights = Up to $500 per room
4 nights = Up to $750 per room

** 11% tax and fee will be applied to the total amount of credit used. So if you are staying for 5 nights and you use the entire $1,500, you will be charged $165 for tax and service fee.
FLIGHT COSTS:
Flight costs will range from $350-$600 depending on what airline you use, what city you fly out of, and when you book. Oftentimes the earlier you book, the cheaper the flight is. Also when you book your flight and hotel through our travel agent, Doris, you will usually get a discounted rate for booking together.
You can get a credit card and use your credit card reward miles to cover flight costs. A lot of these rewards cards give you a free flight or close to a free flight for just signing up. Just be aware that some of these credit cards require you to spend a certain amount in the first few months and some have annual fees.
