|  - Take the kids to the water park and lazy river! You can't miss these! They're prominently located in the center of the resort.
- Bored teenagers in your hands? Ask them to go check out the Teen Lounge, and the video games lounge, Wired! In search of entertainment for the younger kids, take them to Kids Club!
- Be sure to try as many of the 20 plus restaurants located at the 3 Palace Resorts--Sunrise, Nisuc, & the Grand--as possible. Here are some of our favorites: Jade, JC Steakhouse (need reservations 2 days in advance), Tavola, Trattoria, Grand Buffet, Momo, La Cantina (particularly for breakfast) and Arrecifes.
- A sweet tooth like us? Who can resist the wide selection of chocolates, crepes made to order, pastries, and ice cream at La Boulangerie?! Be sure to make several stops a day there!:)
- Awe Spa is the # 1 reason many tourists choose the Moon Palace Resort over several other resorts! From manicures, to pedicures, to deep tissue massages, makeup and hair dressing services, you name it, Awe Spa offers it and does it better than anyone. Book an appointment on the Palace Resorts app before leaving for your trip!
- If staying for more than 3 nights, we strongly recommend you go on at least one excursion/tour! The resort, through our membership, is offering our guests who stay 5 or more nights, 2 free tours! We highly recommend the Dolphin Swim and Tulum tours! If staying for less than 5 nights and want to go on a tour for free, the best way to do so is to agree to attend the resort's presentation (where they try to sell you timeshares). You're not obligated to buy anything but will get 2 free tours just for attending the 2-hour presentation:)
- We highly recommend a day trip to Beach Palace--another Palace resort--for those of our guests staying more than 3 nights! A complimentary bus leaves from the Grand lobby at noon daily to Beach Palace and returns to the Grand at 5:30pm. Why go to Beach Palace, you ask? Beach Palace has the one thing that the Grand is missing---a beautiful pristine beach! Given Beach Palace's proximity to the hotel zone, you may head out to the shops/bars after frolicking on the beautiful beach. If you wish to shower before doing so, Beach Palace will provide our guests a complimentary suite to shower and change as well as complimentary food and drinks. Just be sure to return to Beach Palace by 5:30pm to catch the complimentary bus back to the Grand. Or stay longer in town and catch a taxi back. The entire Beach Palace day trip--transportation, suite to shower and change, and food plus drinks--is free to members and their guests (you)!
