Bride

A little bit about: Kristen Leigh, first born to Robert & Maureen on July 22nd, 1977 in Vancouver BC.  Relocated to Cochrane AB where I have lived most of my life other than a couple years in the St.Albert/Edmonton area where my children were born.

Of all of the titles I hold; daughter, sister, auntie, friend, fiancee, mother, it is Mom that stands apart for me.  Blessed with two amazing children by birth (Justin & Brooklyn), and 2 more by love (Taysen & Kaelan), I love my kids with my entire being.  Of all the tasks I take on to make them feel safe, adored & well taken care of, not one of them makes it feel like "work".

Apart from the kids, I enjoy reading, writing, music & spending time with our awesome pooch, Roxy. My favorite things are family dinners, connection time with family & friends & any type of "Todd time" I can get, whether it is talking, sharing or travelling.  My goals in this life are living & loving authentically, kicking Lupus's ass & crossing off items on my long "bucket list"!

Groom

A little about: Todd Robert Louis, 4th child & baby of the family to William & Victoria on Jan 20, 1973 in Oxbow Sk.  While "home" has been all over the world in places like Hartney SK, Estevan SK, Kansas City Missouri, Fresno California, Birmingham Alabama, Heilbronn Germany, Kapfenberg Austria, & Cochrane AB, his true home has always been Alameda SK.

Throughout my life I have endured many challenges but overcame all of them with the support and love from Family and Friends.  The greatest things in my life are my immediate family.  Kristen, Taysen, Kaelan, Justin and Brooklyn, are the biggest highlights in my life today.

Some of my memorable accomplishments are being drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the NHL entry drafy in the 8th Round and 184th overall & playing in a handful of exhibition games in the 94-95 season. Playing hockey all over the world and having my parents there to watch were some my most memorable moments.

My greatest accomplishments are still to come. The new life I live today is full of hope and belief. I live a life of Gratitude and try and find positive in all that life sends to me and my family.
