Hotel Rooms: 

Please book rooms at the link below. If you call the hotel, ensure that you mention the "Patel/Carling" wedding. There will be a fee charged if you don't book through the link below or through the Patel/Carling block to come to the events ($50/event/person). We will have three events. This means if you use Expedia, then you can't indicate the "Patel/Carling" block and you will pay the fee.  If you book at a different hotel then there is a fee of $115/person/event.  

The Beach Palace hotel is all incluisve! That means that drinks, food, room service gratuities, games, beach EVERYTHING is included in the price per person. Each room has it's own private hot tub/jacuzzi. All wedding events will be at the hotel.

The wedding will be on the beach and reception on their outdoor terrace. We have seen beautiful pictures. 

Please book ASAP. I want to make sure we get all our guests a room in the hotel. You get your deposit back anytime for cancellation if its move than 45 days before the stay date! So please reserve and if you choose to cancel you can get your money back. We are 180 days ahead right now.

Kids under 3 are free at the hotel and under 17 are $68/night when staying with a parent.  You can't fudge about ages because the kids all require passports.
