Hey everyone...it's New Year's Eve...and we're going to the Melting Pot. Thanks to everyone who's supported us in our wedding journey, we're so excited to be married and spending all these holidays together. This is my last post...but I just want to say thanks for following us on this journey. We love you all.

Merry Christmas everyone....Adolf and I are excited to celebrate all the holiday's for the first time as a married couple! God Bless!

Well, after having 3 days off to recover from the trip, it's time to head back to work. Not looking forward to this at all.

Well we knew the trip must come to an end...and it has. Headed back home to Chicago, after having an amazing wedding and honeymoon. Back to reality we go...and the cold.

Ahh, waking up the first day as a Mrs. It's been great...time to celebrate and be on our honeymoon!!

It's December 1, 2012...and we're married!!! This was the happiest day of our lives and everything was PERFECT!! Just wish we had more time, b/c the day was just so amazing we did not want it to end.

Wow...I can't believe we're 2 weeks out. As much as time has dragged on, I can't believe how quickly the wedding date has got here.

Going to have my final fitting today and pick up my dress, barring no issues!

2 more weeks til I say "I DO"!!! <3

I've got my 2nd dress fitting today..can't wait to see all the work that's been done to it!!

I also hope Adolf loves it as much as I do!

As you know, our dogs are our lives..so they must be left in the very best hands while we are away. That's why we're interviewing 5 places to take our pups while we're gone!!

I must say I'm kinda excited for them to have free doggie day care of the next two days! :)

Have my first wedding dress fitting tonight...hopefullly it goes well and they have to take it in a lot!! ;-)

I can't wait to put my dress on! <3

Just about 2 months to go! :-)

It's Sept...pretty soon it'll be fall, cooler weather and changing of the color of the leaves.

Oh yeah....3 months to go for the !!! wedding !!

WOW...I can't believe it's been 1 year since we've been engaged. :-) Time sure does fly. Less than 4 months to go before the wedding....see you all there!

After working really hard over the weekend with my mom, we managed to get all the envelopes addressed, stamps put on..and invitations mailed.

EVERYONE should have received theirs by Saturday, June 30th! And of course, we all hope you can make it! Don't forget to send that lovely lil RSVP card back!

After a few weeks of reviewing wedding photographers, we finally made a decision and booked our wedding photographer. I am proud to say we will be working with Eva Sica with PhotoShoots Vallarta, who came very well reccommended!!

I am sure the pics will be beautiful!!! :-)

I am soo excited! We got the call over the weekend that our wedding invitations are done. Adolf and I went to pick them up on Saturday, 6/16 ...and they look fabulous.

They should be sent out/delivered to you no later than June 30th. I hope you love them just as much as I do!

Please make sure to send back the RSVP card no later than Sept. 29, 2012.

Thanks to All Things Paper, we purchased our custom wedding invitations and they will be fabulous! I hope everyone loves them as much as we do!!

My hubby to be loves me soo much he decided to surprise me with an upgrade!!! It is absolutely beautiful and perfect! I couldn't ask for anything else. :-)

Well..we went out on a whim, just window shopping for suits...went to Men's Warehouse and found a nice Calvin Klein tan linen suit. 

Adolf tried it on and we both loved it, so we decided to buy it! Suit coat, pants, shirt, and shoes bought!! Yay! He's going to look SO handsome!

So we've started looking at wedding invitations...and this has been very overwhelming so far. Too many colors, paper textures, fonts, choices galore....ahhhhh. 

I am hoping to come to a decision before June! Stay tuned! =D

Finally got organized and mailed out a set of Save the Dates. Everyone should have theirs as of now.

Thanks to my mom, Violet, & Adolf's family (Maria, Kim, and Daisy), my wedding dress was found and purchased at Eva's Bridal in Orland Park IL.

I can't wait for it to come in!! I hope Adolf loves it as much as I do.

...after a long day, Adolf & I found a nice wedding band set for him and I...so we bought it! Thanks Zales!!!
