Airfare 

Another reason in choosing a destination wedding, was that with family & friends coming from all over the US, everyone was going to encounter airfare.  With different departing locations, airfare is not included in the all-inclusive resort prices and must be made separately.  Using sites like Google Flights, Kayak.com, Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Travelocity.com and bookingbuddy.com to find the best airfare out of the closest hub city or local airport near you with connecting flights is highly recommended.  We would also recommend monitoring the above websites along with individual carrier websites (Southwest, United, American, Delta) to find the best possible rates.  Some sites can even alert you to a price drop.  Experts say there are better days and times to purchase, so we recommend monitoring your options before booking.  

Ground Transportation - Airport to Resort/Resort to Airport

Airport transfers have to be arranged, but are ONLY included if you make your Room Accommodation Reservation through the link provided at the bottom of the RSVP section.  Please use wedding number W2730457 when booking airport transportation.

Airport transfers apply with a minimum of a 3 night stay.  Each guest is responsible for booking their transfers, both from the Airport to the Resort and the Resort to the Airport.  Transfers should be requested in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks before the wedding date.  Transportation WILL NOT be confirmed if the reservation is not booked within the mentioned timeframe.  Transfers can be booked by emailing Palace Resorts Transfer Representatives at:  weddings@trafictours.com.  If transfers are not booked according to the information above, a credit or refund WILL NOT be provided for private transportation.  NO exceptions will be made.

UPDATE!  Here is some more information from the airport ground transportation company.  You'll need the "Wedding Number" from above and the "Wedding Group" will be Loecke-Luell.  The "Host Hotel" will be "Moon Palace Nizuc."  If anyone has any problems, let us know right away and we'll get them fixed!

"Please go to the link below and complete the form with your information.  Please fill out one form per ROOM, with the main guest as the 'Booking Hotel Name' (whose name the registration is under). Please also add the names of all the other room guest(s) in the 'Notes' section.  Once you finish submitting the information you will receive an automatic reply (this is not a confirmation), after which you will receive the confirmation.  The confirmation will act as your boarding pass."
