Room rates are applicable 3 consecutive days prior and 3 consecutive days after the Group dates (9/15/15-9/23/15). Suggested arrival is Thursday, September 17th. Thursday will kick off the celebration as it will be the 1st day the Bride & Groom aren't fully committed to Wedding Coordination, and will ensure arrival for the wedding day in the case of any travel delays. Rooms are being held for our wedding until Monday, July 13, 2015. Any bookings received after this date will be subject to availability.
Each room must have a minimum stay of 3 nights. All reservations must be booked through the below link to include all the group amenities: King sized bed or 2 double beds (Bed types are not guaranteed, but subject to availability); All meals and drinks (including alcoholic drinks) at the hotel; All Hotel taxes and gratuities; Wireless Internet; 24 hour room service; Exercise facilities; Unlimited long distance telephone calls to the Continental USA, Canada, and Mexico. Resort Credits: The longer you stay, the more Resort credits you'll receive! Book for (3) nights and receive $500 in Resort credits. Book for (4) nights and receive $750 in Resort credits.
