There is a ton of information and almost an infinite amount of ways that people can book so we will try and give the pertinent information to our guests:

1. For a 7-night stay, the cost is $2,475.20 per couple. If you are staying for more than 7-nights, additional nights are $353.60 per couple/per night after 7 nights.  This includes the shuttle to and from the hotel on the days of arrival and departure which needs to be setup as soon as you arrive at the hotel before you can really kick your feet up and enjoy this amazing resort. The dates we have allotted are from 5/30/18-6/8/18.  You can setup any dates inbetween that time frame. This is an all-inclusive resort. (Food & Beverage)


2. The cost otherwise for 3-6 nights is $447 per couple/per night.  The shuttle is not included for 3-6 nights.  We are unsure of the fee but can't see it being very expensive at all.  The website to setup your airport transfer (once you have you arrival date and time booked) is transfercancun@palaceresorts.com This is to be used by everyone needing transport unless you want to just grab a cab, which is fine too.  The bus usually has beverages for sale which is a nice way to kick off the vacation.


3. If you want to triple up, the third adult would be an additional $203 per night.  If you plan on flying solo, there are a few who have mentioned this as an option, please get in touch with us and we will be able to help pair up.


4. Our contact advised us that the "kids stay free" deal is no longer just for the 7-night stays.  He said kids stay free no matter what! (Up to 7-nights).  The maximum occupancy of any block room is 4, regardless of age.  


5. Airfare is not included in the stay.  


6. If you book through anything other than with our wedding code, the resort it going to charge you $25 for the reception, and $25 for the ceremony. We don't make the rules...


7. ROOMS NEED TO BE BOOKED BY FEBRUARY 28TH, 2018.  If you haven't booked by then, they are going to release the rooms and you will unfortunately be on your own.
