Guests have the options of reserving their own airfare or asking the wedding travel agent (Mrs. Phyllis Morgan) to reserve airfare. Once airfare is reserved please send flight itinerary to Mrs. Phyllis Morgan so she can reserve shuttle transportation.

Shuttle service to and from the airport is available with resort stay. Please make sure to send Mrs Phyllis Morgan flight information so she can reserve shuttle transportation for you and your party.

Travel Note

PASSPORTS: Air travel to Mexico requires a passport booklet. If you do not have your passport, please make arrangements to get a booklet as soon as possible. Routine passport applications can take 3-4 months to process. Expedited processing (6 weeks) is available for $60. Please see website for further instructions.

COVID-19 INFORMATION: Palace Resorts are required to follow US and CDC regulations regarding COVID-19. For RETURN TRAVEL TO UNITED STATES, all resort guests will be required to provide negative COVID-19 test results 3 days prior to return date. The Moon Palace Resort will provide free rapid testing to guests (2 guest per room and $19 for additional guests). Please make arrangements with the concierge to schedule testing as soon as you arrive on property. Test results will be available within 30 minutes, and documentation will be ready for guests to present at airport for return flights. See website for more information.
