Kelly and I actually have known eachother for a great time now. My sister and him were best friends since age 14 (if kellys right on the ages LOL but 8th grade). THey continued to be friends throughout high school and past. Well one day my mom and his dad thought a Straub and a Young would get together little did they know it would be him with the youngest Young. Kelly and I had our eyes on eachother for a while and began talking one nigh when I seen him out. From that night we continued to talk and hang out until things became serious to the point we are becoming a family.

Kelly won my heart over like a pot of gold. He  is and ended up being the prince charming I was always looking for. He is sweet,kind,loving,fun and a big joker. We get along as perfect as a couple could be. No love could be stronger than the love we have for and with eachother.

I had to work on Valentines day which was a week day this year.... SO we decided to go to dinner on the weekend and celebrate our Valentines dinner together. He told me we were going to go eat at Olive Garden ( one of my favorite places), I could never have too much soup, salad and breadsticks along with the to die for white chocolate raspberry cheesecake :) *AMAZING*

We requested and waited an hour for my friend as a waitress (Surena) since she is the best and always love having a great and fun waitress. Well we ordered our food and ate almost all of it (I took rest of it home, no one is to waste Olive Garden).

Well to jump to the story little did I know he got her number from my phone and they planned this thing all without me knowing. I had NO CLUE. I had a fruity alcohol spritzer type of drink, so delicious, it was a martini but I forget what kind. She brought a glass of wine to the table and then said "Oh im sorry this isn't for you, yours is coming behind me." I was like what the heck I am getting teased with a glass of wine *NOT FUNNY*. The girl behind her brought an empty wine glass and I didnt catch that my engagement ring was sitting in the bottom of the empty glass. Kelly grabbed the glass before I could see the ring, he slid on the floor right in front of me down on one knee as nervous as could be he said " Jacqueline Marie Young I love you with all my heart and would like to spend forevcver together, WILL YOU MARRY ME?" I said yes and was balling my eyes out. I was so happy in tears and so in love that it could not have been any better.

EVERYONE around us began clapping and yelling  "lets see the ring" I stuck my hand up and they said wow I can see it clear over here. COngratulations to you both.

CANCUN Mexico! How did we come up with this place for a wedding out of all the possible places we could get married at well.... We both love the beach, we want something small and intimate and a place we would love to always remember it. SO we decided Cancun with an all inclusive place. We love the beach and being my first wedding ever I have ALWAYS dreamed of a wedding on the beach. I love Mexico and love traveling as does Kelly loves to travel also. SO our dream wedding will be taking place on the beach May 25th on the pure white sands, warm temperatures and the crystal blue ocean in the background to all say I do is our perfect drean wedding.

We know our families won't be able to come since some wont have all the money, or want to take kids, short notice or dont have time to take off work and also needing a passport so we are hoping to have the wedding live stream on the web. Whats that mean? As our wedding will be taking place we will have it live web streaming. You can have the code and watch it as it is all taking place in real time. Youll be with us just at a distance sending your love!

We are planning to have a reception in late June sometime, date is unofficial as of now. It will take place as a fun gathering. A cookout of all sorts of good summer cooking meats, cornhole, meet and great, mingle, hillbilly golf, and swimming. We want to have a fun reception not an expensive lets all dress up and be in uncomfortable dress clothes all day. Invitations will be sent out right after we decide on a date (workign around family schedules so the most amount of family and friends can arrive to have fun and enjoy our celebration together!

We will continue living in Lima, Ohio close to our family and friends. Kylie his daughter is extremely excited for the wedding and it will be official. She will continue to be with us, and become a family. We both plan to go back to college to further our education and make it better for our family as eventually we would like to give Kylie a couple siblings someday but until then we will reside in Ohio being the happy family we are.

We are entering into a marriage, an eternal unity to be together thru the good and the bad and we will continue to make it thru all we have overcome. I will continue working at the Pharmacy as he will continue to work at Trinity Industries until we are both finished with school and find new jobs but we will still remain in th Shawnee area in Lima, Ohio.
