|  This story begins far far away, in the ancient times of 1985, in Mexico City, the land of the Taco. A newborn, by the name of Angie Andrade was brought into some shaky times, seriously months after she was born the largest earthquake on record struck Mexico. Some people say the birth of Craig Freeburn caused that earthquake (ref: Wikipedia)…
Moving on to some less ancient times in Canada 2005, the land of Maple Syrup, two masses came together on a sunny Tuesday afternoon in Oshawa, Ontario at the University Of Ontario Institute Of Technology (UOIT). Their eyes locked by a UOIT printer which was causing grief to everyone around. Though they didn’t know it at the time, but this was the beginning of the END… the END of what you ask? The END of third-wheeling for Craig, and the END of dreaming for that ‘perfect’ Prince Charming (i.e. Craig) for Angie.
It all started on their first romantic meal at Arby’s® then on to an awkward shake, hug, and almost kiss after an evening out at the glorious Montana’s Cookhouse. Craig was a fool in LOVE, and Angie was just in LOVE, with a fool.
Months went on as they pushed each other to achieve greatness through school, awaiting their next challenge, only to find out it was harder than their last. Craig achieved greatness, but was banished more than 250,000 meters away to The Great, wait a minute... The Grey Bruce, for more than 690,000 minutes. Being University Educated geniuses’ Craig and Angie tried to get Angie to join him at his banishment. This attempt worked, however, only to their demise because Craig was released, leaving Angie to be banished alone for more than 1,048,000 minutes. Most people would say, “They are not meant to be”, however, Craig and Angie’s LOVE only grew strong and more epic. The distance was merely a challenge, something Craig and Angie were becoming accustomed to.
This distance is where it all began, the 250,000 meters away seemed small to them, in comparison to the 4,000,000 meters apart they were at birth. They finally realized to not fight the challenges, but to embrace all the positives from these challenges. The 1.6 million minutes apart has built the foundation for Craig and Angie’s future and strengthened their commitment to each other.
After several million minutes apart and even more million minutes together, Craig was FINALLY forced to one knee and asked, “Will you Marry Me?”

Una bebita recién nacida, con el nombre de Angie Andrade llegó en momentos temblorosos y es en serio, meses después de haber nacido sobrevino el terremoto más grande que se haya registrado en México. Continuando con momentos menos arcaicos en Canadá, la tierra de la Miel de Maple en el 2005, dos masas se unieron en una tarde soleada de martes en la Universidad del Instituto de Tecnología de Ontario (UOIT), en Oshawa. Sus ojos se unieron gracias a una impresora del UOIT la cual le causaba contrariedades a todos. Aunque ellos no lo sabían en ese momento, este evento fue el comienzo del FIN… el FIN de qué se preguntarán, el FIN para Craig de ser el mal tercio y el FIN del sueño del Príncipe Encantado “perfecto” (llámese Craig) de Angie.
Todo comenzó con una comida romántica en Arby’s®, después una extraña despedida de mano, abrazo y casi beso la final de una tarde en el glorioso restaurante Montana’s Cookhouse. Craig era un loco ENAMORADO y Angie simplemente estaba ENAMORADA de un loquillo.
Los meses iban pasando mientras se apoyaban mutuamente para alcanzar la excelencia universitaria, en espera de su próximo reto, solo para darse cuenta que sería más difícil que el anterior. Craig alcanzo la excelencia, pero fue desterrado más de 250,000 metros al Maravilloso Gran, esperen un momento….a Gray Bruce, por más de 690,000 minutos. Siendo brillantes universitarios, Angie y Craig buscaron la manera de que Angie se uniera a su destierro. Este plan funcionó, sin embargo, fue estropeado ya que a Craig lo dejaron en libertad y Angie se quedó sola por más de 1,048,000 minutos. La mayoría de las personas dirían, “No son el uno para el otro”, sin embargo el AMOR de Angie y Craig solo creció más fuerte y más épico. La distancia fue un mero reto, algo que Angie y Craig comenzaron a acostumbrarse.
Esta distancia es donde todo comenzó, los 250,000 metros alejados les parecían pocos, en comparación a los 4,000,000 metros de distancia que los separaba al nacer. Finalmente decidieron no luchar contra los desafíos, si no aceptar todo lo positivo que les dejaban los retos.
Después de varios millones de minutos separados y aún más millones de minutos juntos, Craig FINALMENTE se vio forzado a arrodillarse y preguntar, “¿Te Casarías Conmigo?”
