Our Story

We have a great story! During the summer of 2007, a few days after I had my appendix out, I decided to try out "Match.Com." I was cooped up in bed and had nothing better to do. So I got on and that is where I found Jake and decided I had nothing to lose if I e-mailed him. He was handsome and we seemed to have a lot in common. The next day, I got an e-mail back from, and we exchanged a few e-mails and then phone numbers. It was on a Sunday when Jake finally text me! I was so excited! We started talking about the normal things, and then he asked me where I worked! At that time I was working for Grandview Parks and Rec. He then told me, he had a friend that work there as well. It turns out his really good friend was dating one of my best friends. So I mad some calls and heard wonderful things about him. He asked me out, and our first date was to Jerry's Bait Shop in Downtown LS for Pizza. It was Happily Ever After from there.

Our Wedding

We will be getting married at the Moon Palace at 5pm on May 21, 2010.
