We met in the Fall of 2005, online of all places. We talked for a few days on the computer and exchanged cell numbers and text each other. It wasn't until October 27 did we actually meet. Richard decided to skip his date someone set him up on, and come check me out. He showed up at my work and looked around the store for over an hour. When he gave up he went to check out, thats where I was. He looked at me and said, "Hi Ashley." I was in shock, I was thinking how does this kid know who I am? He looked at me and said, "You don't know who I am do you?" I shook my head and he replied, "I'm Richard" My face lit up because I finally realized who he was. He says to this day he will never forget the look on my face when he said my name. A few days later, we met each others families and we started dating. Now we want to share a great day of our lives with everyone!

Our wedding will be held at Heritage Hall in downtown Liberty, Mo near the square. The wedding and reception will be in the same place, so no need to pack up and leave twice! The theme is fall, since we met in the fall and I love the colors.

To everyone who is planning on attending, thank you so much. It really means a lot to us to have our families here by our sides as we celebrate our day. To those that can't make it, we will miss you dearly and be thinking of you. Anything we get from you all will be taken with love and gratitude. Our daughter will have turned a year old the week before the wedding, and anything we get will be a great help. Especially if its towards the purchase of a honeymoon. Nothing is more important to us but to be able to have that special trip for the two of us.
