“I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong-that is that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith.” Romans 1:11-12

We are very excited to begin our new life together and are so pleased to be sharing the special moment with our family and close friends.

So far, we have shared many adventures together. Jeff was thrilled to guide Paula on several bike rides through the wilderness (dirt paths, bugs, rain…yikes!) And Paula has introduced Jeff to the finer side of the culinary world by preparing many unique and healthy dishes he had never even dreamed of (yes, he does know what cous cous is and yes, he does like it!) We have brought together two very different lives and have enriched the other with our own unique tastes and experiences.

Despite these difference, we have found many common threads, such as our favorite passage in the Bible, Psalm 139- a chapter we each grew to love even before we met. Together we help one another grow closer in our relationship with God, and as a result our relationship soars! We inspire each other every day to live more closely to the way God intended for us to live.

And so we will begin this life adventure by loving each other more and more each day. With each new sunrise brings the opportunity to share our experiences, our lives and grow closer together and closer to God.

“Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal over your arm; for love is as strong as death, its jealousy unyeilding as the grave. It burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame.” Song of Songs 8:6

Our wedding is on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 4:30pm at the Butterfly Pavilion in Westminster, Colorado. Our ceremony will be held in the outdoor garden of the Butterfly Pavilion. Please plan to dress appropriately because it may be HOT!

While the bride and groom take pictures immediately following the ceremony, you are free to explore the rainforest room at the Butterfly Pavilion where the butterflies are housed. Make sure you take advantage of the nice photo opportunities while our families are all gathered together in the "rainforest!"

After pictures, we will meet you back in the event room of the Butterfly Pavilion where we will share in good food, music and wedding cake. Then please watch as we dance together for the first time as husband and wife!
