First and foremost, we want to say how excited we are to see all our family and friends in August to help celebrate our wedding! We are blessed to to be in your company, and we thank you for being a part of our journey and a part of the celebration!

As many of you already know, we have been living together for a few years now and have managed to accummulate lots of *stuff*. We both are fairly simple people and try to manage the *stuff* quotient to keep it at a minimum. We figure (a) why have tons of *stuff* that by next year we'll have forgotten all about as it sits on a dark shelf hiding in a cabinet, and (b) we don't even want to think about the next time we move and have to pack, haul and unpack all this *stuff*. So, after conducting months of research about alternative solutions to the collection of *stuff*, we decided to sign up for a honeymoon registry, and instead of collecting *stuff*, we determined that we would much rather collect memorable experiences that will last much longer than the *stuff*. Hey, at least this way when we're sitting in a rocking chair on our front porch reminiscing with our grandchildren on our laps we will have lots of great stories to tell about our honeymoon in Mexico!
