We met in November of 2005 after being introduced by friends. We have been inseparable since then. Shawn proposed on March 23rd in Puerto Vallarta Mexico while we were on vacation last year. We will be married on April 4, 2008 in a private elopement ceremony before heading to Puerto Aventuras Mexico for a week long honeymoon.

Our private elopement ceremony will take place in Las Colinas at 5:00pm on April 4th, 2008. We are getting married on a gondola cruise on the Mandalay Canal. The Gondolier is also a wedding officiant so we will have a romantic cruise and short marriage ceremony.

Our reception will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Cross Timbers Winery in Grapevine Texas. Their website is www.crosstimberswinery.com. The reception is from 6:30-11:30pm and will include food, open bar, live music and fun.

Dinner service will begin at 6:30pm. The dinner menu will include the following:

Itallian Buffet:

Caesar salad,
Beef Lasagna or Grilled Chicken breast (marsala, primavera, or marinara) - guest choice,
Seasoned Italian Cut Green Beans,
Sun-dried tomato/egg striped ravioli with basil pesto sauce,
Breadsticks,
Cheesecake,
Coffee, Tea & Water

We will also have wedding cake.

The open bar will include 6 selections of red and white wines, wine margaritas & sangrias, beer, and soft drinks. That's right, alchohol is free!

Live music will be provided by Nathan Johnson (www.nathanjohnson.com) who is a singer/songwriter in Dallas. He will perform from 7:30pm-11:30pm.
