The first cenote you will visit is an open sinkhole that looks like a natural swimming pool. The water is crystal clear and you will find an impressive variety of fresh water fish. If you are adventurous you can try free diving to the bottom of the well or even dare to take a jump from a high cliff. Visit an underground cavern. This place could be one of the most fascinating moments of the tour. The snorkelers jump in the water of this underground river and admire hundreds of ancient rock formations, such as stalactites and stalagmites. After all these activities you will enjoy a delicious Mexican buffet. The final landscape to be explored is an enchanted ocean inlet where currents of salt and fresh water flow together forming a very unique phenomenon called halocline. The lagoon has breathtaking turquoise color and lots of tropical fish. Stingrays and sea turtles may also be spotted frequently.
