Frequently asked questions:
- Will the prices go up? No, these are fixed prices
- Do these prices include airfare? No, these prices are for room rates only
- Is the reception at Moon Palace as well? Yes. The ceremony and the reception will both be held at Moon Palace Resort. You do not need to worry about transportation after the ceremony.
- How long will the group rate rooms be held for our wedding group? The rooms will be held until the end of February
To help clarify room rates: (see picture above and the following examples)
- Example 1: 2 people staying 4 nights (also goes for single occupancy)
- Total: $894.00/person for 4 nights INCLUDING all the drinks and food your tummy desires!!!
- $447.00/night FOR two people
- $1,788.00 for 4 nights 2 people
- Example 2: 3 people staying 4 nights
- Total:$867.00/person for 4 nights INCLUDING all you can eat and drink
- $650.00/night FOR three people
- $2,600 for 4 nights 3 people
***FYI: The more nights you book the more Moon Palace credits you will accumulate. With these credits you may use towards golfing, facials, activities, etc.
If you have already booked and are interested in changing the dates due to flight itinerary changes or for other reasons, email Raymondo from Moon Palace at flores@palaceresorts.com and he will assist you though the process. At the bottom of the main page, you will be able to see his name and number just in case anyone would like to contact him if you have any further questions or concerns. Also, in the main page, you will be able to see the type of rate and benefits included according to your length of stay.

You may upgrade from a Gardenview room to an Oceanview room if you are staying 7 night or more by paying an additional fee. The upgrade fee is $224.98 for ALL 7 nights. Just to be clear, it is NOT $224.98 per night but for all 7 nights. If you wish to upgrade, you need to book the Gardenview room first then email Raymundo at rflores@palaceresorts.com to check for availability or you could email us at jessicaandtonywedding2018@gmail.com and we will make the arrangments for you.
