When I first met Tim, I had no clue we would be here today! It was after a Homecoming party in 2010, I was with one of my homegirls and we decided to go to the Sigma's Frat house for the afterparty. When she first introduced us, I just looked at him as "that Sigma guy that worked at Foot Locker", and didn't think anything else of it. By the end of the night, he finally got up enough nerve to ask me for my number! I was a little hesitant at first, but I figured why not! We went out on a few dates, and got to know each other better, and the rest from there is HISTORY! Throughout all of our ups and downs, I am blessed that God chose Tim for me! I am excited to see what God has planned for our lives as we share it TOGETHER! 

I really planned on making up this story tale of how we met including a unicorn and stars falling out the sky lifting Candace into the sky slowly floating her down, but I decided that was a little too far! We met at a party one night at the frat house that I lived in. She walked in, looking amazing like always, and of course talking loud a making jokes calling me the “short bald Sigma.” After some convincing from her friends I finally got up the courage to go talk to her and get her number. Shortly after a hand full of dates and outings (and people saying we were completely opposite’s LOL) I told her that I loved her… and she simply replied “no you don't!” Not the typical answer as a man you expect to get, but through the years she has learned that I was for real and that I truly do love her!
