Transportation Information:

When booking your room there was a link to book the free transportation to and from the resort and airport.  You will need the following information as well as your flight information to book.  Please note that the transportation must be booked no later than 2 weeks from your arrival date.

The rooms must be booked through the link to recieve the discounts and amenities provided as part of the wedding. 

The rate for the room includes the following;

• King bed or 2 double beds


• All meals and drinks at the Hotel including alcoholic beverages


• All Hotel taxes and gratuities


• Most on property sports and activities (except golf and motorized water sports)


• Wireless internet access throughout the resort


• 24 hour room service


• Exercise facilities


• Unlimited long distance phone calls


• Unlimited access to all Palace Resorts. (Sun Palace, and Isla Mujeres Palace are adults only Resorts) There is a shuttle that runs to all the resorts daily.  All inclusive extends to all resorts


• Round transportation from airport – hotel – airport. (Book 2 weeks in advance, weddings@trafictours.com)

            Resort Credit:

• Booking 3 nights includes $500 in resort credit per room; 4 nights include $750 in resort credit per room.   5 nights or more include $1500  in resort credit per room.

Only a one night deposit is due at booking.
