FAQs
WHAT IS ALL-INCLUSIVE?
Your stay includes unlimited food, drinks and entertainment is included in the booking price. Because the party is staying at "The Grand" everyone will have access to the entire resort.
WHEN I RSVP DOES THAT MEAN I'M COMMITING TO PURCHASING A ROOM?
No, RSVP allows us to get information on who is attending in your family and your contact information so that an email with hotel information can be sent to you. When you are ready to book your room, please contact Sheldon Kelly so that all reservations are under the wedding party.
HOW AND WHEN DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY ROOM?
Use the RSVP button in the top right corner of the website page, fill out the RSVP screen with how many are going to be in your room and what room type you would like. You will be contacted by Sheldon Kelly to book your room. (All rooms have to be paid in full at the time of booking).
You can start booking your room from NOW until April 30, 2022!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY FLIGHT?
American- 331 days before departure
Delta- 331 days before departure
Southwest- 213 days before departure
United- 334 to 337 days before departure
HOW TO FIND CHEAP FLIGHTS?
I've had success with an app called Hopper. You enter the dates you are traveling along with the amount of travelers. The app will send notifications when the flights are cheap or when there are deals. This app can watch multiple flights at a time just in case you want to watch multiple airports.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Feel free to get creative with your formal attire. Dark suits with ties and cocktail dresses are also ok! We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to dress up and enjoy a ballroom party.
ANY OTHER SPECIAL ATTIRE NOTES WE SHOULD KNOW?
Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the cocktail hour will be outside, you might want to bring a jacket or wrap.
SHOULD I TIP THE STAFF?
It is not a requirement to tip the staff but it is a welcomed gesture since they work hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. (You can tip all staff including but not limited to: bathroom workers, bartenders, room maids and waiter/waitresses)
