Jennifer Rollins & Jason Balut
Location: Playacar Palace Resort
How We Met:
It all started one snowy night on Groundhog Day 2007...
Jennifer decided to venture out with a few friends to socialize...
Unbeknownst to her, Jason had decided to venture out as well with a friend to do the same... And the rest is history...

Update On Us:
Jennifer graduated Westfield State College earning a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. She currently works as a Correctional Counselor for the Hampden County Sheriff's Dept. Jason graduated from Chicopee High School and is a full-time Fire Fighter for the City of Chicopee.

Together they love to travel and have been to St. Lucia and St. Maarten. They have an adorable Puggle named Tessa who substitutes for their child at this point. They share an interest in baseball and hockey; however, Jason supports the Twins & Canadiens and Jennifer supports the Red Sox & Bruins. Jason loves to play sports and Jennifer loves to watch him play hard.
Jennifer & Jason will be enjoying their stay at Palace Resort's Aventura Spa in the Riveria Maya, Mexico. The actual wedding ceremony will be taking place on the beach at Playacar Palace Resort just moments away from Aventura Spa. The ceremony will take place at 4:00pm on November 11, 2010. The attire is beachy, semi-formal.
The reception will follow the ceremony at Playacar Resort. The menu will be provided at a later date; however, if you must have a hint, the cuisine will be excellent provided by one of the many restaurants on the premises.
We have made our travel arrangements through our travel agent Sue Miller at Travel Connections, LTD (West Springfield, MA 413-732-1313.) You are welcome to give her a call to inquire more about your travel arrangements. We will be flying into Cancun International Airport in Cancun, Mexico, which is about an hour north of the Adventura Spa Palace Resort.

Adventura Spa is located in Riveria Maya, Mexico and is an all-inclusive resort. The resort has over 10 restaurants on-site that serve various cuisines. Of course the resort has a beautiful spa and many other amenities that you should check out on their website (palaceresorts.com). You do not have to stay at Aventura Spa and can actually stay at any one of their resorts close by like Playacar Palace or Aventura Cove Palace. Check with your travel agent about further details of these resorts. Aventura Spa is for adults only however. Once you stay at any of their Palace Resorts, you can hop to any of them at your will.

As for golf, the Golf Club at Playacar offers the perfect combination of natural beauty and man-men creations. This magnificent golf course, carved out of the dense Mayan Jungle is only a few hundred yards away from the crystal-clear, turquoise ocean and the fine white sands of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. The intelligent architectural design of the golf course has converted Playa del Carmen into one of the most popular tourism destinations in all of Mexico. This 7,144 yards, par 72, championship golf course was designed and built under the watchful eye of renowned architect Robert Von Hagge. With a slope rating of 148 from the championship tees, 136 from the white tees, and 134 from the red tees, it is as challenging to play as it is beautiful to view.

We are very excited about this special destination wedding and hope you can share in this experience with us. We are looking forward to celebrating this special moment...
