Scott and I discussed making our relationship official and getting married for the last few months. We then sat down to discuss our decision with our 3 kids, Shelby, Dani and Ethan. The kids were very excited for us to become husband and wife after over 3 years! Scott then spoke to my parents, Lisa and Jj to ask for their blessing prior to his proposal. My parents were happy as well.

On September 16th 2017, Scott took me to the Zac Brown Band concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. Prior to the concert, he took me to the stairs near the front of the seating area and got down on his knee and professed his love to me and asked to spend the rest of my life with him!
