We are pleased to pass along great all-inclusive group discounted rates at the Moon Palace Resort. There are two types of rates offered: Preferential (Best Value!) and Advantage. Please note that the group block is only available through September 15th.

Preferential Rate (7 night reservations or more):

Low Travel Season: 09/01/2014 to 12/23/2014 (3 nights minimum)

  - Double Occupancy: $328.14
  - Kids: $50

High Travel Season: 12/24/2014 to 01/03/2015 (5 nights minimum)

  - Double Occupancy: $533.86
  - Kids: $50

  Additional Info:
   - Rates cover two adults per room per night (double occupancy).
   - Additional adult in the same room is $101 per night (for a maximum of 4 adults per room).
   - Kids are considered from 4-17 years old, kids under 4 are free.
   - Room type included is the Superior Deluxe Garden View. Free upgrade to Ocean View is subject to 
     availability upon check-in, unless you choose to upgrade at the time of booking for an additional $30.71 
     per night. 
   - Preferential rate benefits per room are:
       - $1,500 resort credit 
       - Two manicures/pedicures  
       - Two 25-minute back massage
       - Two complimentary tours
       - Transportation from & to the airport 

Advantage Rate (3 to 6 night reservations):

All Rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE, per room, per night, and include the following:

  - King sized bed or 2 double beds (Room types are not guaranteed, but subject to availability)

Individual Room Reservations & Policies:

• Each guest will be responsible by securing their room reservation by sending the room reservation request directly to: rflores@palaceresorts.com or by phone at 1.877.725.4933 ext. 1314.


• Reservations will require full payment at the time of booking.


• Group block is only available through September 15th. Any room reserved after that time is subject to availability.


• Reservations must be secured with an American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit card valid up to date of departure.


• Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival a one-night deposit charge will apply.


• Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. Hotel requires full payment amount of individual guest accounts prior to departure. The Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travellers’ checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.


• For no-shows, there will be a one-night deposit charge.


• For guests not staying at the hotel, resort passes must be purchased at $97 per person per day. Resort passes are guaranteed for purchase only on ceremony date. The Resort will only allow the purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests. Example: If there are 20 guests, only 20% of that total can purchase wedding passes, in this case, only 4 guests are able to purchase wedding passes. When purchasing a wedding pass guests must exit the resort no later than 11:00pm.

*** Any use of resort credit is subject to a local tax. As of January 1st 2014 a 16% service tax is applicable. Percentages are subject to change based on local tax VAT.
