Hard Rock has given us group discount rates for the room. Rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE, per person, per room, per night. Rates are as follows:
- Single Occupancy $322.20 (1 adult) per person/ per night
- Double Occupancy $179.10 (2 adults) per person/ per night
- Triple Occupancy $166.50 (3 adults) per person/ per night
- Quad Occupancy $161.10 (4 adults) per person/ per night
- Children $55 per child, per night when sharing room with parents ages 4-17
- No charge for kids under 4
- Maximum 4 people per room including children
Room Rates include the following:
*King sized bed or 2 double beds.
*All meals and drinks including alcoholic beverages.
*All Hotel taxes and gratuities.
This discounted room rate applies to as many or as few days you would like to stay. Chris and I will be arriving on Tuesday Sept 18th but most of the guests will probably come Thursday Sept 20th to Monday Sept 24th. Travel agent can work with everyone on an individual basis to suit their needs.
***In order to get room discount rates you must BOOK through the travel agent and mention you are with the Prapas-Hutson wedding party. Airfare and airport transfers can also be done through travel agent but if you choose to book your airfare separately that is fine. Travel agent has found Airfare for approx $510 -550 per person for four nights from Maryland with 1 connecting flight.
