We have reserved a room block for all our guests directly through the hotel to ensure the best rates possible for the wedding party as a group. The room block allows the hotel to accomodate our group as a private function separate from regular guests. Guests are welcome to stay at an alternative location, but will incur an extra $102 entrance fee per person by the hotel for the wedding event. If this is the case, please notify us as soon as possible of your plans so that we can transfer the fees to our account upon your arrival to the hotel. Other fees are also associated with non-hotel members or members not within the room block. Therefore, for convenience it is highly recommended that guests stay within the room block reserved through our website if possible. Rates can be found in the link provided below.
- NOTE:
- Under the room block children 12 and under are free, children ages 13-17 are $63/night.
- Maximum occupancy per room are four (4) people (ANY age).
- Hotel is an all inclusive resort (drinks, meals, wireless internet, 24 hour room service, tips and gratuities).
- Airfares are separate from hotel reservation fees.
- Please respond by March 20th, 2016. The absolute deadline to book rooms for the wedding is May 18th, 2016. After booking, please send us a confirmation email and the full names of the attendees that are attending so that the wedding coordinator can add them to our wedding guestlist specifically.
