Flight Arrangements

I wanted to inform everyone of an update we have for flight information. There are two choice to choose from.

First, Apple Vacation's offer charter flights for their guests.  Charter flights are flights that Apple vacations owns air seats on.  These flight fly from select cities (O'Hare and ST. Louis are options) to select destinations and the days they fly vary.  You can reserve seats and lock in rates with an extra deposit.

Second, scheduled Airline Flights are flights on airlines such as Delta, United, US Airways, etc.  To book a scheduled airline flight with Apple vacations it is a very time sensitive process. You will need to let Apple know which flight you are interested in booking and once they provide the rate, you will need to pay for the full price of the air tickets almost immediately in order to lock in the rates and reserve the seats. If you wait to make this full payment, it is possible that the rates could have changed or the seats no longer available. When Scheduled Airline Flights are the only options for flights available, most find it easier to book their flights on their own because they have the ability to shop around and find the flights that best meet their needs. You can also book the flight as soon as they see it online and use any miles earned. Please use above name if you are interested in the scheduled airline flights.
