2. The currency in Jamaica is the Jamaican dollar, currency exchange rates vary daily. 1 USD is approximately 100 JMD.

3. Most places except debit/credit cards so if you choose to use your card let your bank know prior to traveling so you won't have any problems.

4. Temperatures range from 66 degree Fahrenheit to 99 degree Fahrenheit so bring lightweight breathable fabrics. A thin sweater should keep you cozy in the evening.

5. Don't forget sun tan lotion and bug repellent.

6. Pack at least 1 all white outfit for the welcome celebration.

7. Pack at least 1 good pair of walking/hiking boots if you plan to leave resort.
