Hotel Reservation:
The minute you book your hotel room you’ll be primed for luxury. We have a block of rooms reserved for the wedding. To make your reservations and ensure that you get the group rate, contact our travel agents: German and/or Emilio at limetrav1@aol.com or 718-592-2343. Reservations can only be booked through our travel agent.
Guests will be charged 1 night minimum deposit needed by October 19, 2015. The remaining balance will need to be paid by February 29, 2016.
Please book through our travel agents so everyone can benefit from the group rate. For rooms booked by another source, will require a day pass to attend the wedding events. Day passes are $107 per person.

-- Minimum amount of nights per reservation are 3 nights, May 12-15.
-- Use your name exactly as shown on your passport.
-- Mention king or double bed; and provide travel dates, and list of all names, and date of birth for the rooming list.
Hotel Rates:
The group rate we have set up includes roundtrip airport transfers, your room, all the food and alcohol/beverages you can enjoy plus depending on the number of nights you stay, you will receive resort credits to use in the spa, golf, excursions, etc.
You will be staying in a Superior Deluxe Garden View room. The rates provided below are in US dollars, per room, per night.
-- One adult - $412 per night
-- Two adults - $452 / 2 = $226 per person per night
-- Three adults - $630 / 3 = $210 per person per night
-- Four adults - $812 / 4 = $203 per person per night
-- Child 4-17 = $62 per child per night
-- Child 0-3 = $0
Rates include the following:
-- King sized bed or 2 double beds
-- Luxurious accommodations with balcony and double Jacuzzi tub in every room
-- All meals and drinks at the Hotel including alcoholic beverages
-- All Hotel taxes and gratuities
-- Most on property sports and activities (except golf and motorized water sports)
-- Wireless internet access throughout the resort
-- 24 hour room service
-- Unlimited access to all Palace Resorts. Sun Palace, and Isla Mujeres Palace are adults only Resorts.
-- Round transportation from airport – hotel – airport
Resort Credit:
-- Stays of 3 nights will receive up to $500 in resort credits
-- Stays of 4 nights will receive up to $750 in resort credits
-- Stays of 5-8 nights will receive up to $1500 in resort credits
When using the resort credit, a charge of 16% will be added to any of the Resort credit services and products.
Hotel Room Cancellation and/or Reductions:
-- From date of booking to February 8, 2016: cancellations or reductions will NOT be charged a penalty fee and will receive 100% reimbursement.
-- From Feb. 9th to March 4, 2016: cancellations or reductions will be charged a penalty fee of $75 per person.
-- From March 4, 2016 to day of arrival: cancellations or reductions will result in 100% penalty.
Ground Transportation:
Our travel agents, German and Emilio, will arrange your transportation from the airport to resort to airport. If you're booking your own flights, please email German or Emilio your flight information.
Flight Booking:
Book your flight as soon as possible to get the best price! Our travel agents are available to book your flights. For groups of 10 or more people, our travel agents can get you a group flight rate.
