Hey guys a couple reminders:

- If you don't have your passport, start working on that now. It may take time to be processed and you don't want to miss out because you did not renew or get your passport

- The wedding is only 7 months away and they only hold our blocked rooms until the end of February. Please make sure you guys book through our link before March 1st. After March 1st, they will no longer hold the rooms. This means you roll the risk of not being able to book a room. This also means you may not be able to get our group rate.

Travel news/tips: Unfortunately, we were just informed that Moon Palace is only allowing 15% of the total number of guests to attend the wedding that do not book through our wedding link.  We do have a great group rate on the rooms through a membership that allows you to enjoy more of their enmities. Now, if you still decide to book outside our wedding link, please keep in mind the consequence that you may NOT be able to attend the wedding and we do not want to be held accountable for that.  So please try to take advantage of our room rates. Also please Renw your passport if you have not done so yet.Airfare: September is around the corner, which means it is time we think about travel plans. United posted prices up for june 2018, however, their prices are higher than Southwest. When we flew last summer Southwest was the cheapest airline available. We called Southwest airlines for a group rate and they gave us an estimated price of $330, which is much less than anything we could find. Southwest will be posting their flights soon so take advantage of their prices and the group rate we will get. Please let us know ASAP when you are planning to arrive and leave Cancun to set up group rates for those days. We are continuously searching for airlines to get the best prices.

Hi everyone, we are cleared to start booking rooms!!! Please book before February 2018 to get the special group rate. Here are a few trip for the trip; We will be checkng in wednesday 06/20/18 and checking out 06/27/2018. Cancun is a five-hour flight so to get the most out of this trip we suggest taking the red eye. We are currently looking into making group rates for Southwest airline, so please message us the dates you are planning ot fly to and from Cancun. The airline schedule for 2018 is to be released around August-September so please be patient. Once arriving to Cancun, there will be a swarm of people trying to sell you excursions and rides as you step out of the airport. For this reason, we highly suggest that you already have transportation ready to go to Moon Palace. Those who stay 7 or more nights will get frere transportation to and from the airport. For those who stay less than 7 nights, we are communicating with the transportation company that works with Moon Palace to get group rate deals. We will provide more information about transportation once we have our set prices. When exiting the airport, make sure you know what company is picking you up (they will be holding up signs) and Do NOT converse with anyone because again they will try and sell you tings. Also, it is important that you know what lobby you will need to be dropped off at. Moon Palace has three lobbies; Sunrise, Nizuc, and the Grand. When arriving to Moon Palace, check-in and they will give you a wrist band. This wrist band will give you access to all the restaurants, drinks, pools, and towels. if you have decided to take the red eye flight, the rooms will not be availale for you until 3pm. However, they will keep your luggage at a secure place and you WILL have access to the hotels facilities so stuff your sim suit at the top of your luggage for easy access and get ready to relax. A delicious buffet breakfast is served at 7:30am at Nizuc. We recommend booking your excursions a week before leaving for Cancun. They book fast and certain excursions open on certain days only. We are also trying ot set up a few extra events so stay tuned for that times and events. These events are optional so do not feel pressured to stay with the group. We want everyone to enjoy their vacation here at Cancun! These events may include golfing, dinners, breakfast, etc. All the extra events can be paid by using your resort credits but you need to pay 16% tax. if you are staying 7 or more nights, you will have a free manicure, pedicure, 25-minute massage, and two free excurions per person. Check out Booking your room section to see how many resort credits you are given for the number of nights you are staying. There are over 7 pool areas, towels, bars, restaurants, mobile food carts throughout Moon Palace so start the Diet now. While at the pool, we highly recommend ordering Nachos, Piña Colada and Mojito when the waiters come to you . DELICIOUS!! For all the parents, this is a super kid friendly resort so there will be a lot of fun areas for them to play at. Kids under the age of 12 are fee!!!!
