Service, service, service! Can't say enough about how great the service was. We've been to other resorts in Riviera Maya, but Cozumel Palace takes the Gold medal. They go out of their way to help you, always smiling. We had booked Concierge rooms, excellent size, great sleep, choice of pillows, aromatherapy, upgraded bathroom products. Food is very good, we went to all the restaurants. Our favorite was the italian one.The resorts credits were easy to use. We used them for scuba diving, the spa, pictures, beauty products and tequila. We walked around town, very safe. Service around the pool by Lorenzo and Edy was exceptional, my friend's husband asked for a certain beer, they didn't carry it. The next day Lorenzo comes around and had the beer. We were impressed. Freddi at the bar is awesome! I am a margarita snob, I have to have a certain kind of tequila and a splash of Grand Marnier, they did it exactly as I asked. There are so many people that I can't name them all, but all the staff was excellent. We went for the membership pitch and became members. It's not a timeshare. Definitly will go back to this resort! and will try the other Palace Resorts.
| Hope everyone had a nice Easter. :) In case anyone has started thinking about what to bring ...here is some information on Cozumel weather during the month of May... The skies are generally sunny with an average temperature of 30 degrees celcius and and average low of 23 degress celcius, humidity is relatively low, and storms are less frequent. Conditions make for calm, flat seas, with water temperatures averaging 27 degrees celcius. We should be receiving our e-tickets and hotel vouchers by email any day now so please keep an eye out for them in your inbox and even junk mail because they will need to be printed off!

As mentioned in the email that went out yesterday, we have decided to extend the RSVP/Deposit date to January 15th due to the busy Holiday season I'm sure most of us had! The $1500 per room resort credit is still being offered to those who decide to book between now and then. To book, please call Jennifer, our group travel agent. She is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and some Saturdays from 10 am until 3 pm. Please send us the RSVP card back whether it's a YES :) or a NO :( so we can advise the hotel final numbers. If you are booking through another company, staying at another hotel and just want a day pass for Cozumel Palace for our wedding day, or want to visit for 3/4 days, it can be arranged.
