We've had a few questions about the resort and have been looking into all enquiries!  Here is a brief list of all of our discoveries!

• There are lifeguards at the main pool (for anyone traveling with small children)
• Floaties are not provided by the resort, however, we will bring floaties for all children under the age of 3.  We provided an example photo.
• The resort provides CHI brand blow dryers with attachments and flat irons in every room!!! Another example photo provided.
• The Caribbean has had a strange amount of seaweed washing up on the beaches (summer 2014-current) and the resort staff clean it daily.  The resort has the World's 2nd largest reef in front of it so sometimes there can be quite a bit of seaweed.  The Beah Palace is the Moon Palace's sister resort (approx 20-25 mins away) and the water is beautiful for swimming.  We will most likely arrange a day excursion over there for some swimming/snorkeling and all food/drink/etc. is included.
• The resort offers bicycles for guests to ride around specified bike routes, there is a scuba pool, you can rent jet ski's and/or go on a tour, go paddle boarding, snorkeling and much much more!  
• The resort credit earned within our group booking can even be used towards items in the gift stores!  It can be used towards the dolphin experience, Tulum excursion, Xel-Ha park, up to $300 in the spa, etc!  We will provide more information on our excursion to Xel-Ha, however, it looks AMAZING!  Please see the link provided: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ly2nRdUTsY0.  It is an 'aquatic theme park' in which you can snorkel, cliff jump, relax in hammocks, walk through the jungle tour, explore caves, float down a lazy river on a tube and eat to your heart's desire!
