On December 7, 2011 I came home from work as usual. I opened the front door and there was a note hanging there that said he was sorry for him having to work late alot lately and he wanted to make it up to me. There was a trail of red ribbon that I was to follow around the house that would lead me to my gift. I continued up the stairs to the living room where I found a vase of beautiful lillies with another note. This note said that he hopes I like the flowers and to continue on the path. So I followed the trail to the bedroom where there was a laptop and a gift bag on the bed. The laptop had a note that said to press play and when I did it started playing some love songs. I proceeded to the gift bag where there were instructions for opening the package. I had to sit on the bed close to the balcony door and follow the gift from beginning to end or it would ruin the surprise. I opened the gift and it was the most amazing book ever. It took me through our journey from the first time we met, to the first time he said I love you, to various other moments in our relationship. The last page of the book read "They lived happily ever after....Turn Around." When I did, Adam came from out of the bathroom and told me how much he loved me and that I was his best friend and soulmate and then got down on one knee and asked me if I would do him the honor of becoming his wife. Of course I said YES!!!
