At 5:45am on Saturday July 2, 2016 Danny made me the happiest woman on earth and proposed. It was right before we had to leave for our flight to Florida to spend the 4th of July with his family. We (I) was rushing around the house trying to get ready for our early flight and he asked why I didn't put something (funny now I can't even recall what it was) into his luggage. Being the witty person I am, I said,"I don't know what's in your luggage, you put it in." He countered with, "Why, what would be in my luggage you couldn't see?" I went back into the bathroom.  When I came out, he was standing there with a look on his face I had never seen before.  He dropped to his knee and gave me that famous crooked smile and looked up at me.  His hand came from behind his back with a small red box. From here it gets a little fuzzy, as I was in shock and everything sped up around me.  He told me how much he loved me and asked me to be his wife.  As he opened the red box, I went into the not so pretty ugly cry, but I did see a light turn on.  As we were both emotional and hugging, I said, "Is that a light?" and he asked, "Did you say yes?" Lol, we laughed, cried and I said, "Of course yes, I love you."

Then we flew to Florida and I could not tell anyone for at least 2 1/2 hours...torture!

It may not have been a big to do proposal, but it was the most romantic proposal of my life.  I love him to pieces and I can't wait to be husband and wife!!!
