We were fortunate to have an opportunity to visit and thought we should share some of experiences and just things that might be good to know. 

• If you are seeking some peace and quiet, go for a gardenview room. If you want to be near the pools and action, select an ocean view. 


• Room service is included in the all inclusive deal but fair warning it does take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. 


• There are air conditioned shuttles that transport you from lobby to lobby about every 15 minutes so you don't have to walk the mile long resort if you don't want to.


• The resort is about 10 minutes away from the airport and secluded from the more popular hotel zone of Cancun but the resort has everything you need. 


• In each lobby you will find Vacation Planners. They can assist you in arranging any activities and/or excursions both on and off the resort.  


• Moon Palace is a family friendly resort so if you are traveling  without children and would like to be away from children, you can visit the adult only Sun Palace resort with your wristband. See hotel staff for more details.
