Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I come from a tight knit family. My 3 older sisters and I spent countless hours together as fellow homeshcooled class mates. Although life takes us on different journey's, we communicate daily via text- Rebekah who lives in Michigan, Hannah lives in CR, and Leah living in Dubuque. My dad and mom (Steve and Sherri) played and still play an important part in my life. They raised me with integrity and to treat others as we would like to be treated. And I'm extremely thankful my daughter gets to visit "Gams & Gamps" daily. I'm looking forward to them along with Jared's family, all being in Cancun on our special day! 

I was born and raised in Upstate New York. I have a younger sister, Meighan, and older brother, Andrew, and an older sister, Kelly.  My mother and father, Amy and Andy, have been the most influencial people in my life.  My career in law enforcement started in New York and continued on to Iowa after I met my beautiful bride-to-be.  I am beyond excited to marry Sarah and have all the most important people in my life there to be with us to celebrate.
