| | | It all started almost 9 years ago....we can't believe how fast time has gone by! We met in high school, became good friends and things grew from there. We have been through so much together, travelled all over and our relationship has stayed strong through it all. We can't imagine life without each other and that is why we decided to tie the knot! | | Having travelled much of the Caribbean, we coudn't see our wedding anywhere else but paradise!
It will be so much fun having our family and friends join us in Cozumel while we walk down the aisle and party the night away. We will have a beautiful late afternoon outdoor ceremony at the gazebo overlooking the aqua blue sea, followed by a reception full of live music and great food on the terrace.
We visited Cozumel in 2006 and fell in love with the small island, which is located across from Playa Del Carmen, Riviera Maya. The ferry ride across is only a short 40 minutes.
The culture here is so lively!
Locals gather every Sunday night in the main square (downtown San Miguel) to dance, shop from many silver stores and eat from churro and taco stands and restaurants with the real flavour of Mexico.
People here are so friendly and will go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. It is completely safe here as well...you can feel comfortable renting a jeep or scooter and exploring the different beaches on the island all on your own.
The wildlife and snorkelling are outstanding. If you love the ocean and to swim like we do, you will have a great time. We have never seen so many varieties of tropical fish and such colourful coral like in the most famous reefs of Cozumel. | | Before we know it, the day will be here.
After we get married, we will be staying on a couple extra nights in Mexico for our honeymoon.
This is all like a dream come true for us so we hope everyone will be able to make it. We are very excited to share this special time in our lives with the best people ever...you!!!

- Please check-in at the airport at least 3 hours prior to the flight (5:40 am) in case of long lines and to ensure you are seated together, especially if you do not have a seat number assigned yet (our group has reserved seating on the plane together). The check-in desk closes at 7:40 am and you will be denied boarding if you arrive after this time! Also, it is very important to re-confirm your flight 24 hours prior to departure to make sure there are no last minute changes. You can visit www.torontopearson.com to do this or call Air Canada Airlines at 1-888-247-2262.
- US $ and credit cards accepted
- Please have your passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date from Mexico (example: until the end of November) in order not to be denied boarding. If you have a criminal record or damaged passport (stain or rip), please make sure you contact the Mexican Consulate in Canada before departure. Mexican government regulations are very strict and they may deny you boarding or deport you when you arrive in Mexico if this is not resolved ahead of time.
- Tourist cards will be included in the package and are given to passengers on the plane to fill out for entry and exit into Mexico.
- Since our wedding group is holding seats, a seat number will automatically be assigned to you as soon as the electronic-ticket is issued (approximately 2 weeks prior to deaprture after final payment has been received). If you are not happy with your seat, please inquire with Jennifer if she can change it or make sure you arrive to the airport early on the day of departure so if more seats have opened up, you can change them.
- Air Canada has food and beverages for purchase on board.
