The rates you see here will be frozen for the wedding guests until september 6th 2014, if more time is needed please let us know so we can talk to the hotel to try to get this date extended. The rates are all-inclusive,transportation to and from the airport is also included.

Transportation must be arranged 20 days prior to your departure. Please complete this form with your travel details (which includes your Moon Palace confirmation number and airline info) and email it to weddings@trafictours.com.  After a few days, you will get an email back with your transportation confirmation (a document you should print out or have electronically with you in Mexico). You will be picked up directly from the airport; someone will be expecting you.

Ya pueden empezar a hacer sus reservaciones de habitación a través del enlace a continuación:

Las tarifas que ven aquí incluyen todo y serán congeladas para los invitados hasta el 6 de septiembre del 2014, si necesitan mas tiempo para hacer la reserva por favor comuniquense con nosotros para asi intentar extender el tiempo de reserva. El transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto también esta incluido en la tarifa.

La transportación debe ser reservada con 20 días de anticipación a la fecha de departo. Por favor completen la siguiente forma con su información de viaje (la cual incluye su numero de confirmación del Moon Palace e información de la aerolínea por la que van a viajar) y envíenla a weddings@trafictours.com.  En los siguientes días de hacer la reserva, recibirán un correo electrónico con la confirmación de su transporte (documento que deben imprimir y traer con ustedes a México). Habra alguien esperándolos para recogerlos directamente en el aeropuerto.
