Morghan is my daugther and my first born.  I am so incredbly proud of the woman she is becoming and in her own words what "a well put together woman" she is.  I love her with all my heart and so happy she is by my side as we share in this very special day.

Meghan is Tom's daughter and so incredibly blessed to be able to call her my step-daughter.  When Meghan and I first met, things were not always easy. We went from her locking us out of the house to her now opening the door for us.  I have always thought how amazing it would be for Morghan to have a sister, as I have two myself, and my hope for Meghan and Morghan is that they create a bond over the years that will last them a lifetime.

Cade is my son and also my "baby".  He can be the most stubborn child you have ever met but he can also be the most sensitive, funny, loving son I could have ever hoped for. He was "man of the house" for a long time so like Meghan with me, it wasn't always easy in the beginning with he and Tom. 

First, Cade wouldn't even say his name because "Tom, what kind of name is Tom?!" Today Cade is the first to ask if Tom is coming down tonight and he truly enjoys spending time with him.  When Morghan and I first mentioned to Cade that maybe he was going to be Tom's best man, his first comment was "that would be quite the honor"!  Then minutes later his comment was "does that mean that I get to plan the bachelor party?"

Needless to say, Cade being Tom's best man warms my heart more than words can say.
