When booking flights, you'll want to fly into CUN (Cancun) airport.  We will be flying in Wednesday and getting there about 1:00 PM.  When you book your reservation, it does come with an airport transfer.  When at the airport, please do not let anyone take your suitcases for you in attempt to help, they'll expect you to pay them.  You will walk out into the area with transport vehicles and there will be a Palace employee wearing a white shirt. They will help you with getting into the appropriate Palace vehicle.
