Throughout my years, I have kissed a few frogs.. HA!. And you thought this was going to be a cheezy story.. LOL. 

I am certain everyone in our life knows our story, but I'm gonna give you the 'inside scoop'.. 

I actually bought the Condo I lived in for a few reasons; other than location, there was bar downstairs!.. I mean, it couldn't get better than this right?!

I would frequent Posh Lounge with the individual I was dating at the time along with friends for drinks. I met John on many occasions and we became friends. After my breakup, I was celebrating my freedom with the girls when John jokingly said 'why don't we go on a date'. I pretty much laughed uncontrollably for a minute.. There was no way I was going to date a guy that owned a Bar!. I am sure he has women throwing themselves at him all day! Fastfoward a few months, I decided to date someone else.. Needless to say, that did not work out (Eyeroll).

During that time, John and I did hang out a lot in the same crowd which I got to know him quite a bit and become close friends. After that breakup, I was out celebrating my 'Freedom' at Posh and John asked again! I decided, you know what.. what the heck - He's an awesome friend, a great guy, he's always treated me with respect and he drinks Johnny Walker!. Little did I know, he would eventually be obsessed with Soca Music too ;-)

After a few dates, I began having this special attraction to John that I've never felt before! You know.. that tingly feeling when he texts, the butterflies when you see him kinda feeling..

One night on a date, we instantly looked at each other and said "I think I love you".. LOL.. Being in a mature relationship, you pretty much know this feeling is real.

Throughout the years, we vacationed together, we celebrated many life events and even bought our 1st home in 2016. 

The rest my friends is history!.. Almost 3 years later, this crazy, fun loving man asked me to marry him!..
