We will be hosting a welcome brunch on Monday morning at the Lake Terrace from 9:00 to 11:00 pm.  Please join us as our guests from both the East and West coasts will have an opprtunity to meet each other.

On Wednesday night for please join us for cocktails and Mexican Hors D'Oeuvres at the Terraza Arrecifes on Wednesday, January 27 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm as we gear up for the big day!

The nuptials are scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 28 at 4:00 pm on the Playa Tucan beach.

While photographs are taken of the couple and family after the wedding ceremony, please enjoy cocktails and Worldwide Hors D'Oeuvres on the Terraza Bugambilias from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.

Following the cocktail party, the dinner reception will begin in the same location at the Terraza Bugambilias at 6:00 pm.

Dinner will consist of a BBQ Buffet.  Music will be streamed from our Ipod playlist.  We will participate in our first dance as a couple and then will leave it open to all who would like to bounce, jive and move in whatever way they want to on in the dance area.

Following the reception, no formal plans have been made.  Perhaps the party will continue on the beach or maybe move to a lounge for dancing later into the evening.

On January 27, Madelyne will be turning 16 years old!  Unfortunatley, due to the scheduling of the wedding within the week of our stay, we will be unable to celebrate this big day as it should be.  Therefore, we are throwing a Sweet 16 Party for Madelyne on Saturday night, January 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Solario Norte.  This will include an Asian Buffet and birthday cake.  It is a combined farewell function so everyone is invited to attend.

We are trying to organize a group trip to Chichen Itza either on Tuesday, January 26, or Friday, January 29th for those who may be interested. Will update when we have more information
