Here are the cancellation terms (if you do not purchase CFAR Insurance):
Airfare is non-refundable and non-changeable.
If you choose NOT to get travel insurance, please note once trip paid, if you should decide to cancel there is a cancellation fee of $25.00 per person.
Additional hotel penalties as follows:
From to October 1, 2016 : $100 per person/per night cancelled
After November 1, 2016 : No Refund

The name on your airline ticket must match your passport name.
WTA holds reservations until "Deposit Due Date". If deposit/payment is not received, reservations are automatically cancelled. Receipt of deposits and/or full payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of all WTA Terms and Conditions whether given in writing or verbally. All airfares are subject to change without notice until ticket is paid in full. Airline tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable, non-endorsable, non-transferable, no name changes allowed. It is recommended that passengers reconfirm airline flights at least 72 hours prior to departure in the event of airline schedule changes. WTA is not responsible for any flight/schedule changes after tickets have been issued.
WTA reserves the right to re-invoice in the event of written or verbal errors in computing costs.
Please note, any special requests for hotel accommodations including bedding arrangements or location of rooms are on a "Request" basis only and cannot be guaranteed.
Insurance: We recommend passengers purchase luggage, medical, cancellation and accident insurance offered at additional costs. Insurance premiums must be purchased within 7 days of paying of deposit. Insurance policy is not in effect until the premium is paid in full. Premiums are non-refundable.
MUST HAVE VALID PASSPORT! Please note, effective January 23, 2007 a valid passport will be the only acceptable document for travel to Mexico. The name on your airline ticket must match your passport name. Your passport needs to be valid for 6 months AFTER your travel dates as well. Once reservation is on deposit, revision and cancellation penalties apply plus airline (if applicable) and/or hotel penalties will apply. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). Baggage: It is the responsibility of the passenger to check with the airlines for baggage restrictions and any additional fees.
